Olympia Autobody in Olympia, Washington was founded in 1979 by Rich Turner.

Rich brought in the best team members he could find, and strove to make sure they were well cared for and in the best environment possible.

Today, Olympia Auto Body provides auto paint and auto body repair services for over 1000 vehicles a year in the Olympia, WA area. They have become a trusted and established one-stop auto repair shop, and attract customers from as far North as Everett and as far South as Portland, Oregon.

Meet The Team

RICH TURNER, OWNER
A respected business owner in Washington's capital, Rich founded OAB in 1978 upon realizing he didn't want to work for anybody. He is a devoted father, husband, and has over 16 years fast pitch coaching experience.
ROGER KRUMPOLS
ESTIMATOR, DISPATCH

Formerly a body tech, Roger has been in the industry since 1985, and at OAB since October 2001 - post roofing and lumberjacking days. Born and raised in Shelton, he coaches little league, girls fast pitch, and plays golf when he gets a chance.
KURTIS "JOSE" PALERMO
VALET AND LOT ATTENDANT

A lifetime resident of Olympia, he was hired on at OAB in May of 2007. Previous to his employment in the automotive industry, Kurtis was a holiday photographer, Easter Bunny, and Santa's elf. Aside form his usual titles, he is the one assigned to retrieve things from small spaces.
JOHN YARNELL
PAINTER

Originally from San Diego, John moved to Olympia in 1972. John has been painting all of his career. His free time is spent riding Gold Wing Motorcycles with the wife, Hunting Big Game with his Brother, and working on classic cars – 1940 Cadillac LaSalle, and a 1929 Model A. John has been at OAB since October of 2006.
ANDREW WATTENBERG
PAINT PREP/ASSISTANT (PASSED ON)

A lifetime resident of Olympia, he was hired on at OAB in May of 2007. Previous to his employment in the automotive industry, Kurtis was a holiday photographer, Easter Bunny, and Santa's elf. Aside form his usual titles, he is the one assigned to retrieve things from small spaces.

Originally from Oxnard CA, Tim relocated to Olympia in 1982 and started at Olympia Autobody shortly thereafter. Tim has been painting cars and his entire life. Tim has fled the Great NorthWest and retired to better weather in his hometown of Oxnard.
LOLA TURNER
SUPERVISOR

A lifetime resident of Olympia, Lola's background is in textile durability testing. At OAB Lola serves as customer relations, greeter, food waste disposal, and human resources. People often come to her to get their problems off their mind. In her free time she enjoys jogging and trying new foods.
